Strong Mommas Club is a six-week postpartum course designed to help you ease back into movement after having your baby. We move at your pace, in a way that actually works for your body now.
No one size fits all plan here. Before you start, we get to know you - your pregnancy, your birth, your body - so everything we do is tailored to the group in front of us.
Each week we’ll meet for a relaxed one hour session, where you’ll learn how to gently rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and feel more like yourself again.
You’ll also get weekly guidance to help you build small, realistic habits - nothing intense, just things that fit into real life with a baby.
